FAQ
Who owns the data?
You do. Export the full dataset to CSV anytime. If you leave the pilot, the export is yours; we delete the rest on request.
How fast can we start?
Same week. Apply → 15-minute intro call → if it's a fit, we schedule onboarding (about 90 minutes total) within a few days.
What happens at the end of six months?
We sit down together and look at what's worked. If you want to keep going, you convert at 50% off year one on whichever plan fits. If it hasn't earned its keep, you walk away — no auto-charge, no fight.
Are you collecting our customer data to train an AI model?
No. Your CRM data stays in your tenant-isolated workspace. We don't train on customer data and we don't share it across tenants. The AI features run against the major model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) using their zero-retention / no-train tiers.
What if my company is bigger than 15 reps?
Email pilot@cortova.ai and we'll talk. The seat cap is meant to keep the pilot focused, not to disqualify good fits.
What's the catch?
The weekly 30-min feedback call is real, and we mean it. If you can't protect that time, the pilot won't work for either of us. The product gain depends on us watching how a real team uses it.
